ISS International Spa è alla ricerca di un Commissioning Planner in modalità ibrida: 60% da remoto e i restanti 40% in presenza presso gli uffici di Milano.
Develop, update, and maintain the commissioning schedule in alignment with engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover milestones.
Support the Commissioning Manager to define the commissioning planning logic based on systems, subsystems, areas, disciplines, priorities, constraints, and execution sequence.
Prepare Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning schedules, look-ahead plans, progress curves, and recovery plans when required.
Coordinate with Commissioning, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Subcontractors, Vendors, Project Controls, and Operations to collect inputs and validate schedule feasibility.
Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, identify delays, critical path impacts, bottlenecks, and propose mitigation or acceleration actions.
Support systemization activities by ensuring that planning data is structured by system, subsystem, area, discipline, and handover priority.
Track commissioning deliverables development, including procedures, work packs, check sheets, test records, dossiers, certificates, and handover packages.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages, including dashboards, S-curves, KPIs, manpower histograms, progress summaries, and management presentations.
Coordinate planning interfaces between Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up, Performance Testing, and final handover.
Support manpower planning, resource forecasting, productivity analysis, vendor mobilization planning, and temporary equipment planning.
Participate in commissioning planning meetings, readiness reviews, progress reviews, schedule risk reviews, and coordination meetings.
Ensure that commissioning activities are properly planned in line with specific HSE requirements, permit-to-work constraints, SIMOPS, LOTO, operational restrictions, and site access limitations.
Provide planning input for client reporting, contractual discussions, internal reviews, schedule impact assessments, and commissioning risk management.
Planning and scheduling tools: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software for baseline schedules, updates, critical path analysis, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans.
Progress monitoring and reporting tools: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, project dashboards, S-curves, KPI trackers, and progress measurement templates for weekly and monthly reporting.
Data analysis and control tools: Excel databases, pivot tables, Power Query, Power BI, and schedule/progress export files for data validation, trend analysis, and reporting automation.
Engineering and systemization tools: P&IDs, SLDs, layouts, system/subsystem lists, commissioning item lists, equipment lists, marked-up drawings, and commissioning databases.
