About the Role
The successful candidate will join the Group Controlling Department, taking full responsibility for the following Group-level activities:
- Organize and coordinate the Group’s monthly management consolidation closing process;
- Develop a thorough understanding of and provide clear explanations to senior management regarding balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow dynamics;
- Prepare, together with the direct manager, Board of Directors presentation materials and supporting documentation, and actively participate in discussions with the CEO and CFO;
- Produce the monthly reporting package, including detailed analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions;
- Organize and coordinate planning processes, including the strategic plan, budget, and forecasts;
- Manage and further develop the Group reporting and management consolidation platform (Tagetik);
- Measure and report performance results for the purpose of evaluating variable incentive schemes across all Group companies;
- Proactively contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects;
- Manage and develop one direct report.
What You Need to Be Successful
The candidate should possess:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering;
- At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A;
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes;
- Experience in management consolidation activities;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong knowledge of SAP;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and business intelligence systems.
Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 55.200, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual bonus, which can reach 12% of base salary at target.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
