Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is reliable, curious and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm when things don't go according to plan.
You don't necessarily need to be a robotics expert. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think on your feet and communicate effectively.
The ideal candidate has:
- An educational background in a technical field, such as engineering, computer science, robotics, electronics, mechanics or a related discipline — or is currently studying in one of these fields.
- A genuine interest in technology, robotics and AI.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good spoken English is a must, as the role involves regular communication with an international product and development team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- The ability to follow instructions while also using good judgment when situations change.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and reliability.
- The physical stamina required to spend extended periods working on-site and operating equipment.
- The ability to work independently while remaining closely connected with a remote/technical team.
- Availability to work on weekends. Weekend availability is a must for this position.
