The Internship Program Assistant assists with the overall development, implementation, daily operation, and evaluation of the Internship Program for our US students.
He/she helps the Internship Team in advising students, providing resume referrals to Internship sponsors (Italian companies), promoting the program, and taking care of the administrative part of the process.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Internship Manager and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.
Primary Duties
The IES Abroad Milano Internship Program Assistant job is a full time position whose primary duties include:
Before the students' arrival:
· Collect the Internship Application forms and ensure they are processed accurately.
· Conduct individual online meetings and mock interviews with all internship applicants.
· Set up job interviews between students and sponsor companies,collaborating with the Internship Advisor to strategically finalize all student internship placements.
· Research, identify and engage prospective internship sponsors to expand the IES internship partner portfolio.
· Maintain and update the Internship Team Outlook Calendar.
Once students are on-site:
· Help the Internship Team with Orientation activities and meetings for the students enrolled in the Internship Program.
· Once a student gets the position, ensure that all documents (Insurance, Internship Agreements, Codice Fiscale) are completed and signed by the appropriate parties accurately, and are kept securely.
· Ensure that the appropriate documents are provided to employers within the deadline.
· Monitoring the student's job performance at the company throughout the semester.
· At the end of the term, collect sponsors evaluations from employers.
· Assemble and maintain database of student referrals, including documentation of progress and related paperwork such as resumes, agreement forms, assignments and sponsor evaluations
During the term:
· Support the Internship team with additional activities including Internship site visits, Guest/Fam Trips visits, Networking events and other internship-related activities.
· Assist with presentations related to the Internship Program.
· Prepare and maintain progress reports and semester reports concerning the Internship Program.
· Support the Internship Advisor in developing and updating the LinkedIn page dedicated to the Milan Internship programs.
· Update and maintain brochures and informational materials for external stakeholders.
· Monitor and review internship student timesheets to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione: €26.000,00 - €29.000,00 all'anno
