Based in Milan and part of the Finance Team, the Finance Integration Specialist will focus on performing basic financial analysis and supporting post‑acquisition integration activities within a dynamic, multinational environment. Core responsibilities include analysing trial balances, interpreting tax returns, reviewing corporate documents, and ensuring alignment between acquired companies’ accounting practices and Group standards. Strong technical competency is essential, including proficiency in Italian accounting principles (OIC), preferably IFRS, advanced Excel skills, and required knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, with SAC considered a plus. The position also requires preparing reports for management, supporting audit documentation, and contributing to special projects related to M&A, restructuring, and tax optimization.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. The ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, and adapt to a fast‑growing and evolving business environment is crucial. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving capability, and flexibility while working as part of a team responsible for seamless integration of newly acquired entities and ongoing financial control activities.
