- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- 4-5 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry, with proven success in managing key customers and driving commercial performance.
- Previous experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is considered a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Results-oriented, with a high level of accountability, ownership and autonomy.
- Dynamic, proactive and energetic mindset, with strong motivation and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 on pay transparency, this job offer provides for employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) “Chemical Industry and Chemical-Pharmaceutical”, which governs the applicable classification and remuneration framework.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges between €36.000 and €54.000. This range is determined in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including qualifications, professional experience, competencies, and responsibilities associated with the role. The definition and application of these criteria are carried out in accordance with the company’s internal remuneration policies and are subject to review and validation by the competent HR function.
