YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Junior Collection Coordinator, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths helping us in the coordination of collection development through ongoing tracking and analysis, while serving as a key link for product information across merchandising, product development, and supply chain.
You’ll work closely with your manager to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow
.
More specifically you will:
- Be responsible for monitoring and following up on activities related to collection development
- Coordinate the development of prototypes, samples, and materials, maintaining alignment with deadlines and budget targets.
- Manage pricing activities and collection data management
- Contribute to seasonal product briefings and collection showcases
- Provide detailed product and technical support throughout sales campaigns
- Track quality-related issues and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Product Development or Collection Coordination within fashion environments
- You’re interested in footwear and leather accessories
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
WHAT WE OFFER
- The position provides for a base salary between: 30k-45k
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
