About The Role
As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and support customers in their digital transformation journey. You will gain hands on experience with digital manufacturing projects and build knowledge within Manufacturing Execution Systems, manufacturing processes, and consulting in regulated industries.
From day one, you will become part of project teams working with customers across Europe and contribute to creating solutions that support the factories of the future.
Your responsibilities as a Junior Consultant will include:
- Supporting delivery of digital manufacturing projects for Life Sciencescustomers
- Participating in workshops, process analysis, documentation, testing, and solution design activities
- Collaborating with customers and colleagues to understand business processes and manufacturing needs
- Supporting implementation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems and related digital solutions
- Contributing to project deliveries in regulated environments following industry standards and best practices
- Working closely with international and cross functional teams
- Continuously developing your technical, consulting, and industry knowledge through training and project experience
Your qualifications and experience:We imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant university degree within Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar
- Have up to 2 years of experience within consulting, manufacturing, IT, or Life Sciences, including internships or student projects
- Have an interest in digital transformation, manufacturing processes, and technology
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy problem solving
- Are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a consulting environment
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers in an international setting
- Speak and write English and Italian fluently
It would be an advantage if you:
- Have knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, automation, or digital manufacturing technologies
- Have exposure to Life Sciences manufacturing or regulated industries
- Have experience working in teams, projects, or customer oriented environments
