System & Design Engineer:
TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a System & Design Engineer to join our team dedicated to the development of complex test systems for hardware/software integration. The successful candidate will support the entire lifecycle of a test asset that is essential for validating onboard architectures in the aerospace sector.
The role focuses on developing test systems for hardware/software integration, offering a unique opportunity for guided learning on high-profile technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for electromechanical design (electrical schematics, 2D/3D modeling) under senior supervision;
Management of bill of materials (BoM) and part list traceability;
Supporting the analysis of requirements and system interfaces;
Automating repetitive tasks and optimizing data through scripting (Python, VBA);
Using ERP/PLM systems for product data management;
Supporting the drafting of technical documentation, verification procedures, and user manuals.
Requirements:
Academic or practical knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA V5, Inventor);
Theoretical/practical knowledge of ERP/PLM tools;
Scripting skills for task automation (e.g., Python, Excel VBA);
Excellent knowledge of English ( >B2).
Nice to have:
Experience (including through thesis work or internships) with HW/SW integration benches or test systems for electronic equipment;
Knowledge of complex system development processes (V-Model);
Expertise in electrical signal processing (analog, discrete, RF) in automated test systems.
Education: Master’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 26.000 € and EUR 31.000 € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
