Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care & Front Office: Welcome students and families, manage inquiries (via email, phone, and in-person), and provide exceptional support throughout their educational journey.
- Back Office & Basic Bookkeeping: Handle student registrations, schedule management, document archiving, and basic daily accounting tasks (prima contabilità).
- Daily Storytelling & Canva: Support our digital presence by creating simple, engaging visual content on Canva and sharing the authentic, day-to-day life of our school through creative storytelling.
- Premises Management: Take care of the daily management, tidiness, and overall presentation of the school spaces to ensure a welcoming, neat, and professional environment for students and guests.
Requirements:
- English Language Proficiency: Minimum B1 level is strictly required. Please note: the selection process includes an interview conducted in English to evaluate your speaking skills.
- IT Literacy: Excellent command of standard computer tools, the Office suite, email management, and main digital platforms.
- Creativity & Content Creation: Hands-on experience with Canva and a natural disposition for daily storytelling (social media/digital communication).
- Basic Accounting: Familiarity with basic administrative and bookkeeping principles.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, an empathetic and client-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Mobility: Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (automunita).
