Supervise the daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support the Front Office team, acting as a role model and ensuring the highest level of guest service. • Coordinate shifts, daily task allocation, and team priorities to guarantee seamless operations.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and complex situations, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and room allocations, collaborating closely with Housekeeping and other departments.
- Support the Front Office Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and payment processes.
- Review daily operational reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant departments.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including storage and inventory control where applicable.
- Ensure the Front Office team maintains high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Promote effective communication between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support the Front Office Manager with administrative duties, performance monitoring, and operational planning.
• Stay informed about hotel promotions, events, and local attractions to assist the team in providing personalized guest recommendations. • Uphold and promote Armani's Values and Culture Characteristics at all times.
- Proven experience in Front Office operations within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Front Office, including previous supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Milan's attractions, events, and cultural scene.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound operational decisions.
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional luxury hospitality experiences.
