We are looking for a candidate to join the Marketing team as an Event & Trade Shows Specialist at the SECO S.p.A. headquarters in Arezzo.
Job Description
SECO is seeking an Event & Trade Shows Specialist to perform the following duties:
Support the planning and operational management of trade shows, industry events, corporate events, and marketing initiatives.
Manage pre-event operational activities, including gathering requirements, defining organizational needs, coordinating timelines, monitoring deadlines, preparing materials, and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders.
Support post-event activities, including gathering follow-up information, consolidating materials, preparing summary reports, and coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development for follow-up actions.
Coordinate with vendors, external partners, exhibitors, agencies, venues, and other stakeholders involved in event organization, monitoring progress, deliverables, timelines, and quality of execution.
Manage the logistical and organizational coordination of assigned initiatives, including materials, shipments, badges, registrations, the agenda, support for internal participants, and oversight of operational activities before, during, and after the event.
Monitor the progress of activities related to events and trade shows, ensuring that deadlines are met, stakeholders are kept informed, and operational issues are identified promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Professional experience in marketing, communication, events, or brand management roles.
Experience in B2B contexts managing and coordinating cross-functional projects and interacting with internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Work location: Arezzo – maternity leave replacement contract.
