Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in Livorno. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling back office operations, supporting customer service activities, and ensuring effective communication within the company and with clients. Daily responsibilities include data entry, documentation management, responding to customer inquiries, and providing essential support to internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Input quotes into our system.
- Verify certificates generated by the system.
- Monitor expiration dates for machinery inspections and employee training courses.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Preferred: Knowledge of Spanish.
- Proactive, dynamic personality with strong multitasking skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Mandatory: to work on-site in our Livorno office.
- Excellent Communication skills for internal coordination and external client interaction
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
