POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full time, seasonal position based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Itlaly.
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistants to support the Executive Office of Hotel Cala di Volpe in the daily activities of the property focusing either on Event or Rooms Department.
These roles require accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication across departments.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success: creating a safe workplace and positive working relationships; following company policies and procedures; maintaining confidentiality; protecting company assets; and upholding quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Admin Assistants will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Performing these tasks well, along with other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors, is essential to support the business effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality in a luxury environment
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and sense of responsibility
