A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our locations in Saint Barth!
After the successes of the current year, The F&B department is looking for new enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our family for Restaurant Al Mare, based at Le Sereno
We are looking for:
- Chef de partie
- Chef de Partie Pastry
- Demi chef de cuisine
- Commis de cuisine
The contract will start in October 2026 and end in August 2027.
This position is for a full-time contract, accommodation provided and based at Le Sereno in St. Barth. The candidate must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate is eager to work in a dynamic environment and wants to develop his/her career within the luxury hotel industry.
You must possess the legal right to work in France and be fluent in Italian.
For candidates born in Europe, a valid passport and a birth certificate extract are the only documents required to obtain authorization to work in St. Barth.

- Commis di Cucina
Il contratto avrà inizio a ottobre 2026 e terminerà ad agosto 2027.
Si tratta di una posizione a tempo pieno, con alloggio fornito, presso Le Sereno a Saint Barth. È richiesta disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili, inclusi weekend e festività.
Il candidato ideale è desideroso di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di sviluppare la propria carriera nel settore dell'hotellerie di lusso.
È necessario possedere il diritto legale di lavorare in Francia ed essere fluenti in italiano.
Per i candidati nati in Europa, per ottenere l'autorizzazione al lavoro a Saint Barth sono richiesti esclusivamente un passaporto valido e un estratto dell'atto di nascita.
