Impera Europe is looking for a part-time Business Development & B2B Coordination Representative to support our activities between European industrial companies and Turkish manufacturers.
Impera Europe works in the fields of structural steel, steel fabrication, industrial manufacturing, metal fabrication and B2B sourcing between Europe and Türkiye. The selected person will support the development of contacts with European companies, EPC contractors, procurement teams, project managers, steel construction companies and industrial buyers interested in evaluating qualified Turkish manufacturers.
This role is suitable for an organized, communicative and commercially minded person who can work remotely and support both European buyer outreach and Turkish manufacturer coordination.
Main responsibilities:
- Research European companies that may be interested in qualified Turkish industrial manufacturers
- Identify buyers, procurement managers, project managers and decision makers
- Contact companies through LinkedIn, email and phone
- Arrange online meetings and, when needed, support in-person meetings
- Present Impera Europe and our controlled sourcing model in a professional way
- Prepare meeting notes, contact reports and follow-up updates
- Follow up after initial contact and coordinate information requests
- Support the representation of Turkish manufacturers toward European companies
- Collect and organize information about production capacity, certifications, references and availability
- Support online meetings with Turkish manufacturers when needed
- Help prepare commercial emails, presentations and supporting documents
- Monitor trade fairs, B2B events, procurement opportunities and potential European buyers
Requirements:
- Very good English communication skills
- Italian language skills are strongly preferred
- Turkish language skills are preferred
- Interest in industrial manufacturing, steel structures, metal fabrication or B2B industrial projects
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, export, procurement or customer development is preferred
- Good ability to use LinkedIn, email, online tools and shared documents
- Availability for online meetings and, when necessary, meetings in Italy or Europe
