A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a al Servizio Clienti) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, live chat, or in person while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's CRM or database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative support is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.
