Junior Process Management Engineer INTERNSHIP:
TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, develops advanced technological solutions for the Aerospace, Defence, and High-Tech sectors. For the Embedded Systems for Aerospace Applications Business Unit, we are looking for a person interested in starting a growth path as a Process Management Engineer, contributing to the definition and monitoring of software and hardware certification processes.
Main Activities
The selected person will be supported by experienced colleagues and will assist the team in the following activities:
supporting the definition and improvement of development processes;
monitoring compliance with company and regulatory processes;
managing and organizing technical and certification documentation;
supporting requirements management activities;
collaborating with software and hardware development teams;
participating in quality assurance and compliance activities.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of aeronautical systems principles.
Academic knowledge of at least one programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ada, or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of electronics.
Ability to understand requirements and technical documentation.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with requirements management gained through academic or personal projects.
Introductory knowledge of DO-178C, DO-254 standards, or Functional Safety principles.
Interest in certification processes in the aerospace field.
Soft Skills
Interest in complex systems and technologically advanced environments.
Analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
Teamworking attitude.
Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous learning mindset.
Accuracy in documentation management.
Good written and spoken English, at least B2 level.

The proposed contract type for this position is a 6-month extracurricular internship, with a gross monthly internship allowance of €1,000.
