How You Will Learn And Grow
During the internship, you will join èClose, the division that develops a revolutionary solution made with eco-compatible thermoformed cellulose, which allows the creation of secondary packaging typically made of disposable plastic (e.g. three-dimensional inserts for boxes and cases of perfumes, creams, etc.). This paper based solution allows to respond to the innovation and sustainability needs of brands, especially luxury ones. In particular:

You will work closely with the mill as well as with commercial team to optimise production planning and planning arrangements to meet tight delivery requirements of serviced customers.

You will enter purchasing orders in our system (SAP) for tooling, tooling raw materials and tooling accessories.

You will support planning with the tooling subcontractors and adjust the orders according to the priorities and delivery requirements.
What You’ll Add To The Team

You have a degree in Industrial Management, Production Planner or equivalent.

Experience creating purchase orders on SAP will be valuable.

Planning and scheduling for eclose products at our mill as well as external subcontractors.

Raise purchase orders for tooling, tooling raw materials and tooling accessories in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Manage planning and follow-up activities with tooling suppliers, monitoring timelines, deliveries, and project milestones.

Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure tooling is delivered according to development schedules.

You have a strong customer orientation and you are able to cooperate across departments.

You can work under pressure and on different projects, prioritizing tasks and customers’ needs.

You are a high energy person, with a teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skill.

You are creative, pro-active, highly motivated, and goal-oriented person.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
