We are currently increasing our Commissioning team within the Danieli Automation division.
Location: Buttrio (UD)
- Manage the on-site installation, perform the commissioning + testing of low voltage and medium voltage power-system equipment (Danieli Automation LV and MV power electronics equipment and main vendors LV/MV products) and demonstrate the full operation of the equipment to the customer according to project and contractual requirements;
- Take part to equipment internal test activities in Danieli Automation facilities or to its partner-suppliers’ facilities;
- Support after sales technical activities on site or remotely;
- Evaluate the impact of a modification in terms of necessary working hours;
- Define the re-planning of activities and resources;
- Parametrize and tune the inverters according to technical description, flowcharts, cyclograms, data sheet, customer requested;
- Write and test code according to technical description, flowcharts, cyclograms, data sheet in accordingly with the requirements coming from the technical offices/on-site team;
- Produce detailed analysis about any possible issue encountered in the project;
- Troubleshoot or support the trouble shooting in cooperation with other specialists and suggest/develop modifications to the software and electrical diagrams by selecting the most appropriate solution to the issue;
- Produce reports to monitor the progress of commissioning, and keep updated HQ;
- Produce the final technical report to describe the status of the plant at the end of commissioning;
- Generate and manage project punch list and evaluate the time and needs to close all points;
- Produce as built regarding all software and documents provided;
- Participate actively to lesson learnt meetings to improve equipment and engineering on the base of the outcomes of the projects completed;
- Work according to the Company policies;
- Work closely with other staff, such as site managers, mechanical supervisors, electrical supervisors, customer managers or supervisors;
- Work according to safety rules – standard by using suitable PPE;
- Work in compliance with the culture and laws of country where the site is placed;
- Promote a positive work culture.

- Preferable experienced in steel industry
- Knowledge of metallurgic plants as Hot Rolling mill - Cold Rolling – Melt shop
- Knowledge of motors, transformers and power relays principles
- Knowledge of control techniques. Preferable experience in programming
- Electronic or Electrical graduate high school or University
