The Global Head of Product Line Management drives the global product line strategy and portfolio performance by translating market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into competitive product solutions that deliver sustainable growth and profitability, aligned with the brand identity.

Define and execute the global product line strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.

Prioritize product investments, innovation initiatives, and portfolio optimization opportunities.

Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, market share, and growth targets.

Create seasonal product line plans, ensuring balanced assortment by category, price point, and market segment.

Gather and synthesize customer, market, competitive, and industry insights.

Translate business opportunities and customer needs into clear product requirements and value propositions.

Develop product briefs that guide innovation, development, and commercialization efforts.

Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities.

Partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
