System & Design Engineer:
TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a System & Design Engineer to join our team dedicated to the development of complex test systems for hardware/software integration. The successful candidate will support the entire lifecycle of a test asset that is essential for validating onboard architectures in the aerospace sector.
We are seeking a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in coordinating the various phases of the product lifecycle within the context of advanced test system development.
Responsibilities:
Independent electromechanical design (electrical schematics and 3D/2D modeling);
Operational management of the BoM and part lists using dedicated tools;
Technical analysis of specifications and interfaces to define the test architecture;
Advanced process automation via scripting (Python, Excel VBA);
Independent management of data and materials using ERP/PLM systems;
Definition and execution of verification/qualification procedures and preparation of related reports;
Independent preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
Technical requirements:
Proven experience (≥1 year) with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA V5, Inventor);
Proven experience (≥1 year) using ERP/PLM tools;
Documented experience in automating repetitive tasks (Python, Excel VBA);
Excellent knowledge of English ( >B2).
Optional technical skills:
At least 1 year of prior experience with HW/SW integration benches or test systems for electronic equipment;
Prior experience in technical roles related to avionics product lifecycles (V-Model);
Specialized expertise in the electrical management of signals (analog, discrete, RF) in automated test systems.
Education: Master’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 29.000 € and EUR 34.000 € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
