Salary: $2,800-$3,500 per month, with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses, profit sharing opportunities , paid time off, and floating holidays
Builder Lead Converter helps home builders improve lead generation, Sales follow-up, customer engagement, and business growth through proven Marketing systems, technology, and training.
We are growing quickly and looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and consistent execution to our Sales and Marketing efforts.
This is not a role for someone who wants to personally handle every Marketing task or focus only on closing Sales. We need a strong manager who can turn ideas into clear plans, coordinate people and priorities, track results, and keep important initiatives moving forward.
This role oversees both Builder Lead Converter's internal sales and marketing execution and the delivery of client-facing marketing services. The manager will ensure internal growth initiatives and client campaigns have clear priorities, owners, timelines, handoffs, performance visibility, and accountability.
The Visionary will continue to own market direction, strategic partnerships, webinars, major opportunities, and high-level sales vision. Marketing specialists will continue to own technical and channel execution. This role will own the planning, coordination, management, accountability, and execution system connecting those areas.
The right person will be proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial company where everyone takes ownership and contributes to growth.
This position reports to the Integrator and works closely with the Visionary, Leadership Team, Account Management, Client Operations, and Marketing specialists.

- Build and maintain a rolling 90-day calendar for campaigns, webinars, content, partnerships, offers, and launches.

- Coordinate campaign launches and make sure all messaging, creative assets, landing pages, follow-up, and tracking are ready.
- Oversee the operating cadence and delivery visibility for client-facing marketing services.
- Ensure client campaigns have clear priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, tracking, and follow-through.
- Work with Account Management to identify client risks, missed commitments, capacity issues, performance concerns, and delivery blockers.
- Improve consistency, accountability, quality, and communication across internal and client-facing marketing work.
- Maintain visibility into Marketing team capacity and ensure internal initiatives and client deliverables are prioritized appropriately.
- Connect Marketing activity to leads, lead sources, MQLs, SQLs, first appointments, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue. Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline, lead follow-up, appointments, opportunities, conversion performance, and revenue forecast.
- Ensure Sales has the messaging, assets, offers, landing pages, nurture, follow-up processes, and reporting needed to convert demand.
- Initially coordinate sales follow-up and accountability, and help establish the operating structure for future Sales hires.
- Maintain simple scorecards and reports that show what is working and where improvement is needed.

- Bring recommendations and solutions, not just problems.
- Make sure projects are completed accurately, on time, and at a high standard.
- Partner with Client Operations to ensure client-facing marketing work is properly scoped, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and delivered. As the Client Operations function develops, this role will retain ownership of marketing team execution, capacity, quality, and performance, while Client Operations supports the broader client-delivery workflow and cross-functional coordination.
