Position Summary
As a Partnership Associate – Repairs, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that vehicles are repaired efficiently and returned to service as quickly as possible.
Working closely with our in-house workshop team, you will coordinate repair activities, monitor repair progress, manage repair documentation, and support the overall repair workflow. The role requires a good understanding of vehicle repairs and the ability to communicate effectively with technicians and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities

Review and analyze vehicle return inspection reports ("Verbali di Riconsegna") to identify repair requirements.
- Create and issue repair work orders for the Workshop.
- Coordinate repair activities with FlexCar's Workshop team.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize vehicle repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Monitor inactive vehicles and follow up on repair progress until completion.
- Ensure repair activities are completed according to agreed quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Fleet and Insurance teams, to support the repair process.
- Coordinate the ordering and availability of spare parts when required for ongoing repairs.
- Monitor workshop performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop operations.
- Maintain accurate repair records and operational documentation.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an automotive workshop, dealership, body shop, fleet management company, or a similar automotive environment.
- Good understanding of vehicle mechanics, body repairs, and the overall repair process, enabling effective coordination with technicians and accurate assessment of repair requirements.
- Ability to read and understand vehicle inspection reports, repair estimates, and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repair cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside technicians and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, Economics, or another relevant field is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Computer literacy and confidence using operational management systems.
- Passion for the automotive industry is highly appreciated.

Salary Range
