Key Account Manager – Fintech Sector:
TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Key Account Managers play a strategic and high-impact role within the organization, combining commercial vision, project coordination, and customer relationship management.
What will you do?
Act as the main point of contact for TXT Novigo's strategic clients throughout all project phases.
Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and presentations.
Support the business growth of the assigned accounts.
Identify client needs and, with the support of Business Analysts and Project Managers, transform them into valuable business opportunities.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts on active projects to monitor activities and act as a PMO representative towards the client.
Contribute to fostering an increasingly consultative and customer-centric approach across the organization.
What qualifications should you have?
Previous experience in Project Management or PMO roles within Fintech/IT consulting companies or in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Proven experience in business development activities and client relationship management.
Strong consulting mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Good understanding of project dynamics within IT, Digital, or Consulting environments.
Proactive, autonomous, and goal-oriented approach.
Good command of the English language.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 48.000,00 € - 53.000,00 €
