We are looking for a person enthusiastic about HR, who wants to acquire an overview of HR function and develop organisational and communicational skills, proactively contributing to projects’ development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study, with a particular focus on recruiting process.
Your activities will include: - Supporting retail recruiting process by publishing announchments, screening of received CVs, conducting selection interviews and presenting candidates to store managers; - Proactively ensure the correct execution of assigned activities, collaborating with internal Brand functions and the rest of the HR team; - Administrative and reporting activities; - Processing data and presentations to support the team; - Involvement in specific activities periodically identified by the tutor;
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have: • Degree in law, humanities or economics • Complete knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, Power Point, and good familiarity with the use of computer systems • Organisational skills and ability to manage assignments on time, with accuracy and proactivity • Confidentiality • Result orientation • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Flexibility, willingness to change and strong problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of search and selection processes will be considered nice to have
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
