Jr. Product Manager | Pharma:
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the Technical Gases Applications Department at our headquarters in Monza.
The successful candidate will be responsible, on a global scale, for the analysis and development of the market, processes, technologies and applications relating to the use of technical gases in the manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
Reporting directly to the Manager for Industrial Technologies, they will be responsible for the following activities:
Key Responsibilities
Manage the analysis and engineering of technologies, processes and plant required for the use of technical gases in the relevant sector, tailoring them to specific customer requirements.
Develop applications for the relevant sector, managing new and ongoing projects and assessing their technical and economic implications.
Analysing the market and sector technologies, implementing the commercial and market strategy at company level.
Supporting local sales and technical teams in business development and the management of sector-specific projects.
Requirements
Technical Skills
A degree in a scientific discipline; a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering is considered an advantage (preferred qualification).
Professional experience: Some experience in similar or related roles is desirable.
Language skills: Excellent knowledge of English.
Mobility and driving: Willingness to undertake frequent business travel within Italy and abroad; must hold a Category B driving licence and own a car.
Soft Skills
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
Teamwork: Strong aptitude and orientation towards teamwork.
Independence and Time Management: Ability to plan and organise one’s own work independently, ensuring that set deadlines are met.

The pay grade and final annual gross salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience, in accordance with the minimum pay scales set out in the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement.
