Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support the development and execution of our clinical research programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about clinical research.
He/she will play a key role in the planning, monitoring, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of Philogen’s Phase I, II and III clinical trials in oncology and inflammatory diseases.
He/she will be expected to make frequent visits to European and US centres involved in clinical trials.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative therapies while collaborating within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
In particular the successful candidate will take care of:
- Site initiation, monitoring, and close-out in accordance to GCP.
- Monitoring visits and site management of national and European centres.
- Tracking patient recruitment and enrollment.
- Evaluating integrity and quality of patient data and investigator study file.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A good scientific background.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
- Basic level of German is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe and to the United States
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
