In a technically stimulating, multidisciplinary, and constantly evolving environment, We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join the Structures Department.
The selected candidate will be involved in structural design and construction supervision activities for complex and high-profile projects. The role will also cover geotechnical-related topics and will be carried out in close collaboration with discipline leads and the BIM department, within an integrated workflow connecting design and construction, offering concrete opportunities for technical and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Structural design of complex works;
Support to construction supervision activities related to structures;
Collaboration with the BIM department and other internal disciplines;
Analysis and development of structural solutions, including geotechnical aspects;
Contribution to technical knowledge sharing and internal know-how development.
Technical Requirements
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Academic background focused on structural engineering (e.g. advanced structural analysis, earthquake engineering, etc.);
1–2 years of experience in structural design (including internships or academic collaborations);
Master’s thesis in advanced structural analysis or seismic design (preferred);
Excellent knowledge of at least one general-purpose FEM structural analysis software (e.g. Midas Gen, SAP2000, Ansys, Abaqus);
Good command of the English language.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to share technical knowledge;
Accuracy, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills.
