We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can take ownership of complex business improvement and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients, operational teams, technology specialists, and senior stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and translate strategic objectives into clear and achievable solutions.
This is not simply a reporting position. You will influence how projects are shaped, how processes are improved, and how important business decisions are supported.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Analysis:
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs, document functional and operational requirements, and ensure that project objectives are clearly understood.
Process Improvement:
Review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that support productivity, service quality, and cost control.
Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with clients, managers, technical teams, and operational departments.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse business and operational data, identify trends, prepare management reports, and present clear recommendations supported by evidence.
Project Support:
Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle by defining scope, tracking requirements, managing changes, and helping resolve business issues.
Solution Evaluation:
Assess proposed systems, services, and operational solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and provide measurable value.
Documentation:
Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, feasibility assessments, user stories, project reports, and executive level presentations.
Team Guidance:
Provide guidance to junior analysts, review analytical work, and help maintain consistent standards across project documentation and deliverables.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, or a related professional field.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, gap analysis, business case development, and solution evaluation.
Analytical Ability:
You can interpret complex information, identify the most important issues, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
Project Experience:
Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple departments, stakeholders, suppliers, or external clients.
Tools:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, process mapping tools, and business intelligence or reporting platforms.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex business issues clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Language Skills:
Fluent Italian is required. Professional working proficiency in English is preferred for documentation, reporting, and communication with international stakeholders.
Mindset:
You are structured, commercially aware, and comfortable working with limited information. You know how to ask the right questions, challenge unclear requirements, and keep projects focused on measurable business outcomes.
