A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing store staff. The role involves supervising employees, maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring the store operates efficiently according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily store operations.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store employees.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Handle cash management, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Support marketing promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, store supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
