In this role, you will lead the C-Ball Value Stream, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, support business objectives, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring an efficient and customer-focused operation.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead all aspects of the C-Ball Value Stream to achieve operational, financial, quality, and customer delivery objectives.
- Partner with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other key functions to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans.
- Develop and execute production schedules that support revenue targets, productivity goals, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery commitments.
- Coordinate assembly, lapping, testing, and related manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction methodologies throughout the value stream.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Support the development of team capabilities through coaching, training, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate manufacturing methods, process capability, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgets responsibly and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate production and maintenance priorities to maximize operational effectiveness and equipment availability.
- Lead long-term improvement plans that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational performance management, and continuous improvement principles.
- Understanding of quality systems, process controls, and production planning practices.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement practical solutions that improve performance.
- Effective communication skills in English and Italian.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, collaborative, and inclusive workplace.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Experience within a manufacture-to-order or engineered-to-order environment.
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, assembly operations, or metal processing environments.
- Training or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading operational transformation, productivity improvement, or value stream optimization initiatives.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is from 38.000 to 57.200 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression ( CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda ).
