We are an international company operating in the logistics and cross-border e-commerce sector acrossEurope, providing transportation, customs clearance, and warehouse services. To support our business growth, we are looking for a Chinese-speaking intern to join our operationalteam in Turin, Italy.
Main Responsibilities
Support communication with Chinese customers and assist in handling daily operationalinquiries
Learn and participate in warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, shelving, orderpreparation, and packing activities
Support inventory organization and shipment preparation processes
Assist in coordinating operational information between local teams and Chinese clients Gain practical knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and cross-border e-commerce processes
Requirements
Native Chinese speaker
Italian language skills sufficient for daily workplace communication
Interest in logistics, warehouse operations, and cross-border e-commerce
Willingness to work in an operational warehouse environment
Hands-on attitude and readiness to support daily warehouse activities
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
