YOUR CHALLENGES
In this role you will manage all Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality (HESQ) activities for the Fidenza site, acting as the legally responsible RSPP (D.Lgs. 81/2008). You ensure full compliance with Italian regulations (D.Lgs. 152/2006, D.M. 3/9/21, D.Lgs. 105/2015), client requirements, and ISO standards.
What does this mean specifically:
Health & Safety (D.Lgs. 81/2008): Maintain and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR). Plan, coordinate, and deliver mandatory worker OHS training. Manage PPE procurement, distribution, and assignment records. Investigate near-misses/accidents and coordinates INAIL reporting.
Seveso Compliance & Major Accident Prevention (D.Lgs. 105/2015): Manage and implement safety and environmental protocols in compliance with the Seveso Directive for major-accident hazards. Draft, update, and enforce the Major Accident Prevention Policy (SGS-PIR). Interface directly with relevant local authorities and control bodies for Seveso-related audits and inspections.
Contractor & Site Safety: Draft interference risk assessments (DUVRI) and manage safety coordination for external contractors. Interface with the Medico Competente and Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS).
Fire Prevention & Emergencies (D.M. 3/9/21): Update site Emergency and Evacuation Plans. Conduct monthly compliance checks on firefighting systems and organize periodic emergency drills.
Environmental Management (D.Lgs. 152/2006): Manage site waste streams (rifiuti), selective collection, and hazardous substances. Monitor emissions and water discharge. Interface with environmental control bodies (e.g., ARPA).
Quality & ISO Systems: Maintain prescriptive documentation for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Plan and conduct internal audits (ISO 19011) and support third-party external certification audits.
YOUR TALENTS
Education & Certification: Technical/scientific degree or equivalent. Mandatory RSPP certification modules completed (State-Region Agreement 07/07/2016). ISO internal auditor qualification is a strong plus.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in an OHS/HESQ/QHSE role, with mandatory knowledge of the Seveso regulation. Previous experience working within Seveso-regulated environments or high-risk major accident hazard plants, preferably within logistics or chemical storage warehouse environments, is highly preferred.
Skills & Languages: Advanced MS Office proficiency. Fluent Italian and advanced-level English are both mandatory.
YOUR REWARD
Working Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week) with a 1-hour lunch break.
Contract Type: Subordinated permanent contract (Tempo Indeterminato).
Compensation (RAL): € 38,000 - € 45,000.
