Philogen S.p.A. is seeking an Executive Assistant, a key figure who will work closely with the Board of Directors, contributing to the coordination and management of corporate activities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated, highly organized Executive Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills to support Senior Management in day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of business processes.
The role will report directly to the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business travel.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinating internal and external communications (phone calls, emails, correspondence).
- Providing operational and organizational support to the General Management.
- Handling basic administrative tasks and maintaining company records.
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on assigned activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree in economics, languages, or related fields.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an executive-level administrative role.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
