The position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €30,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with the company's current policies.
