We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join our STARS team in Huddersfield. This role is 24 hours per week, to be worked Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with an annual salary of £18,917. As a Housing Support Worker at our Substance, Tenancy, and Resettlement Service (STARS), you will work in partnership with the people we support to devise a tailored support plan and support them in achieving their individual goals. This may include helping them to access welfare and supporting them to attend any appointments. You will also be responsible for housing management, the welfare of the people we support, undertaking welfare checks and following safeguarding policies.

Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be insured for business use.
