How will you make a difference?
As a Project Buyer, you will manage project sourcing activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring supplier Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) performance, project profitability, and compliance with sourcing strategies, procedures and project objectives.
What will your typical day look like?
- Launch RFQs and Team Feasibility Commitment analysis, negotiate commercial conditions, select suppliers in line with commodity strategies and project requirements, and manage supplier changes (ECRs), contracts (LOI and BAL), claims, purchase orders and procurement data within Oracle ERP.

Drive project profitability by challenging Bills of Material, sourcing solutions and supplier proposals, while managing sourcing risks, opportunities and cost improvement initiatives.

Ensure supplier QCD performance in collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality and Commodity teams, supporting APQP deployment, industrialization and handover to Commodity team and Site Sourcing Specialist.

Participate in project reviews, audits, reporting and site governance activities.

When assigned as Global Project Buyer, consolidate and present project sourcing performance, spending, risks and opportunities across sites during project and portfolio reviews, providing management visibility to support decision-making.
What do we want to know about you?
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Project Purchasing or Project Management.

Strong negotiation, supplier management and cost analysis skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Team player with a results-oriented and proactive mindset

Availability to travel occasionally
