Job Description
Our Assistant Shop Manager needs to be an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking person. This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence.
This role is key to guarantee the Shop success and to support the Managing responsibilities of the Shop Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services;
- Guarantee the best retail experience to our customers and patients by dispensing warmth, courtesy and expertise creating a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience;
- Understanding the MOSCOT brand heritage and communicating to the customer to ensure that our brand story is consistently and constantly delivered;
- Identify potential clients and improve conversion rate;
- Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep Shop tidy and organized;
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
Inventory Control:
- Respond and collaborate with lab on all orders;
- Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory;
- Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system;
- Confirm that tickets match the physical frame.
Support the Shop Manager in administrative tasks related to:
- Collaborate with other MOSCOT Shops and with the Head Office;
- Be a point of reference for other Team members and help planning the Time Schedule;
- Managing stock, CMT and lens stock autonomously when needed;
- Preparing the weekly and monthly reports when needed;
- Participate to monthly Retail calls when needed.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience in Optical Retail Shops;
- Reliable, passionate and flexible approach;
- Commitment and consistency at work;
- Great communication skills and clarity with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to take responsibility and lead by example;
- Licensed as Optician (nice to have).
Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
