Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical/commercial experience.
Experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, Product Management, or Distribution sales.
Background in electronic/electrical components or other technical B2B products.
Proven ability to manage strategic customer or distributor relationships and drive business growth.
Experience in demand creation, pipeline management, and sales opportunity conversion.
Comfortable working in a large, matrix organization with KPIs and structured processes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong ownership.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Willingness to travel frequently (50–75%).
