For our Milan office, we are currently seeking a Tender Office Specialist.
Required Profile
- Previous experience within a tendering or bid management department
- Previous experience in the preparation of technical documentation for public tenders and design competitions
- A degree in Architecture will be considered an advantage
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Have excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat DC
- Have a good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Are able to communicate effectively with clients and collaborators in both English and Italian
- Are curious, eager to learn, positive, and proactive
- Demonstrate strong autonomy and a results-oriented approach to work
Some of your responsibilities within our team:
- Collaborating closely with both the administrative and technical teams
- Preparing graphic and visual documentation for tender submissions
- Reviewing and analysing tender documentation
- Planning and organizing your work to meet tender deadlines and project objectives
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
