As an Advanced Machining Engineer Junior, you will be responsible for:
Leading New Tech Development with target to transfer Technology in Supply Chain
Setting cost-effective plan for NTD program
Analysis and Development of critical production processes and fine tuning them in MFG Dept.
Work in close contact with Design Teams for prototyping and developing New Products
Support Supply Chain activities on Special Processes, Non-Conformity Resolution, technical equipment evaluation, …
Innovating to enhance manufacturing practices
Identify both technological and HSE risks, elaborate mitigation plan and execute preventive and corrective actions
Stay focused on HSE compliance at highest level in Industry
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Master's or Bachelor's from accredited University
Have at least from 2 to 5 years of industry experience
Have experience in Manufacturing Special Processes
Be oriented to teamwork contributing to accomplish team project overall goals
Strong oral and written communication skills
Have excellent problem-solving, innovation attitude
Have professional proficiency in English and Italian.
Have prior experience as a manufacturing engineer could be a plus.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,603.44 To 49,500.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
