Introduction
The Market Manager / Business Developer will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of alternative accommodation partners, including vacation rentals, apartments, villas, serviced residences, holiday homes, and other non-hotel properties within our OTA platform.
This role will work closely with property managers, professional hosts, and local partners to drive market growth, enhance inventory quality, and maximize commercial performance.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partnerships with property managers and alternative accommodation providers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Support partners throughout the onboarding process and optimize their performance on the platform.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, property performance, and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Collaborate with Marketing, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

What you'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Market Management, Sales, or related commercial roles within the travel, hospitality, or OTA industry.
- Strong understanding of the alternative accommodations market and online distribution ecosystem.
- Proven track record in partner acquisition, account growth, and commercial negotiations.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English to work in an international environment and Italian to work with local external partners.
Willingness to travel within the assigned market when required.
