Housekeeping & Guest Check-in — Viareggio (Apartments)
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our short-term rental team in Viareggio, managing housekeeping and guest check-ins across a small portfolio of apartments.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and turnover of apartments between guest stays
- Washing and ironing bed linens
- Guest check-in and check-out, including basic property orientation
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Ensuring linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and presentable
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken) — you’ll be the main point of contact for international guests
- Previous experience in hotels or short-term rentals
- Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willing to relocate to Viareggio
