- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
- Plan and present bar menu
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Proven experience as a Barista/Bartender
- Languages: Fluent in Italian + English (German is a plus)
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Open-mindedness
- Problem-solving mentality
- Empathy and integrity
