Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- Three to five years’ experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position;
- Relevant training and/or certification as a Cloud Engineer.
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack Administrator Certification;
- Experience in developing software using languages such as Java and Python.
Duties/role:
- Working with the IT team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud‑based solutions for the organization;
- Supporting the planning, designing, and developing of cloud‑based applications;
- Managing the cloud environment in accordance with the organization’s security guidelines.
