The position involves a permanent employment contract and a base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of no less than €33,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. Following the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.
In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:

a component of profit-sharing for the project;

an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;

an annual welfare credit.
