What You’ll Do
Our Automotive & Industrial team partners with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers to tackle urgent and complex challenges across the value chain. We don’t just advise—we roll up our sleeves and work side‑by‑side with leadership and operational teams to stabilize performance, redesign footprints, and accelerate transformation. From optimizing global manufacturing networks to driving procurement savings and improving working capital, we focus on execution as much as strategy. As a Consultant, you will be embedded in project teams where your analytical rigour and hands‑on contribution make a tangible difference from day one.
As a Consultant in Automotive & Industrial, you will:
- Support the identification of operational and financial issues through structured analysis and contribute to the development of actionable recommendations.
- Work alongside client teams—from project meetings to shop floor walkthroughs—to gather data, test hypotheses, and help drive improvements.
- Build and maintain analytical models to quantify potential benefits and track progress against targets.
- Contribute to workstream deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare clear, well‑structured presentations and memos that synthesize complex data into concise, client‑ready outputs.
- Cooperate with colleagues from our Italian, EMEA and Global Automotive practice on market studies (e.g. Global Automotive Outlook) and other marketing activities
What You’ll Need
- 1-4 years of experience in consulting, industry, or a combination of both, with exposure to the automotive or industrial sector.
- Interest and passion in Automotive and Industrial sector
- Interest in or initial exposure to one or more of: manufacturing footprint optimization, supply chain resilience, procurement transformation, EBITDA improvement programs, top line growth, operational turnaround and company transformation.
- Master’s degree with a strong academic track record. Degrees in Engineering, Business, Operations, are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity; ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver rigorous, fact‑based outputs.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate across levels, communicate clearly, and take ownership of assigned tasks within cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments—often on‑site at client facilities or plants.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and to work outside standard business hours when projects demand.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office + remote).

The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between EUR 45,000/year – EUR 65,000/year gross. Bonus opportunity linked to key performance indicators ranging from EUR 1,000/year – EUR 2,000/year gross. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Employment terms and benefits are governed in accordance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).
