The Innovation Execution Excellence Assistant, Home Care, is the operational business partner responsible for driving flawless execution of the Home Care innovation pipeline across the Southern Europe Hub. This role connects portfolio strategy, commercialization, packaging execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure innovation is delivered accurately and on time across the Hub.
Reporting directly to the Southern Europe Hub Marketing Director, Home & Personal Care, you will serve as the operational execution partner for the Home Care business.
As the central point for coordinating innovation execution, you will translate portfolio strategy into market reality by orchestrating launches, managing packaging and artwork delivery, supporting portfolio simplification, and ensuring go-to-market readiness across the Southern Europe business.
Serve as the central project manager for all innovation and renovation projects.
Coordinate New Product demand definition and ensure launch on time and complete.
Act as the primary connector between the Hub and the Division/Global Supply Chain, R&D, and Legal teams, translating commercial needs into operational actions.
Support the end-to-end packaging and artwork workflows.
Ensure regulatory compliance, manage translations, and secure timely release of assets to trade partners.
Support the brand portfolio management including SKUs/country pairings.
Support the simplification agenda by identifying low-performing SKUs for delisting to respect the “1 in 1 out” rule ensuring the portfolio remains efficient and profitable.
Support Hub Brand Manager to ensure GTM tools are delivered complete and on time for meeting with customers.
Be responsible for the production and delivery of those tools, coordinating countries’ needs, in terms of quantities and timing.
Be the point of contact of the EU Brand team for that topic.
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 9-12 months of Innovation/Shopper Marketing experience. A relevant experience as In Store Account is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Operational Discipline: Have an Execution Excellence mindset with an obsession for timelines, critical paths, and details.
Agility & Project Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to manage and drive progress on multiple complex projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Commercial Architecture Mastery: Have an expertise in SKU logic, technical commercialization, and understanding exactly how a product physically reaches the market in multi-market clusters.
Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: €31,000 – €34,000 gross per year
This position is offered under a temporary employment contract of 9/12 months (via Adecco agency where applicable).
The role is governed by the applicable Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CCNL”) Chemical Industry, including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.
The initial compensation within the above range will be determined on the basis of objective, transparent and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies.
In addition to the rights and benefits provided under applicable law and the relevant CCNL, employees may be eligible, depending on role and company policy, for supplementary benefits, which may include meal vouchers or reimbursement, insurance coverage, company devices, health and welfare programs, and additional role-specific benefits.
