The Sales Manager Pneumatech leads the commercial development of Pneumatech solutions across the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through both direct and indirect sales channels. The role combines strategic sales leadership, technical-commercial expertise, partner development, and people care, with the objective of positioning Pneumatech as the reference brand for high‑value, niche, and energy‑efficient air and gas generation solutions.
1. Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets in quantitative and qualitative terms, aligned with AGE (Air and Gas Application) and CTS (Compressor Technique Service)strategies.
- Translate Pneumatech and AGA stategy into actionable local plans, KPIs, and territory segmentation.
- Lead the Pneumatech sales process, applying the principle of presence × success rate to maximize commercial effectiveness.
- Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities for quality air and industrial gas solutions.
- Develop indirect business through specialized partners, OEMs, system integrators, engineering firms.
- Promote Pneumatech solutions to dealers and support them throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Actively generate new business with end users, proposing turnkey solutions for compressed air and gas generation.
2. Team Leadership & People Development
- Train, coach, and develop salespeople on technical and commercial competencies, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Support colleagues in selling air treatment equipment and services across brands.
- Foster open communication, fairness, respect, and a strong People Care culture.
3. Technical & Project Support
- Manage projects for air and gas generation systems, coordinating with subcontractors.
- Collect input data, define sizing, and prepare technical-commercial documentation including layouts, P&ID, and ROI analyses.
- Support commissioning activities and technical audits using measurement devices.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Compressor Technique Service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
4. Partner & Market Development
- Identify and develop partnerships with installers, service providers, OEMs, and engineering firms.
- Develop Pneumatech as a reference brand for high‑value and niche applications.
- Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand communication and generate leads.
- Share leads and opportunities with the Multiair dealer network supporting them.
5. Reporting & Performance Management
- Ensure daily CRM usage for activities, opportunities, quotations, and cross‑brand synergies.
- Monitor KPIs, sales funnel, hit rate, and proactively analyze trends.
- Report market feedback, competitive insights, and recommendations to management.
- Act on NPS results to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in technical value sales, preferably in compressed air or related industrial sectors.
- Experience in customer management and B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of quality air markets and industrial gas generation solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, CRM systems (C4C), and PowerBI; CAD 2D/3D is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Education
- Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Personality Requirements
- Curious, precise, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).
